Meet Our Team
Jimmy Varnes
OWNER AND OPERATOR
Jimmy is a born and bred Beaufortonian. Homeschooled by his parents, he is a great example of what strong family values can do for a child. He and his wife, Lyndsey, intend to do the same with their family, three sons, Jadon and Levi, with Caleb on the way! Jimmy started the window cleaning and pressure washing side of CHS more than 15 years ago and continues to bring more to the maintenance side of the family business. Ask him about his boys and Braves baseball!
Ethan Trull
LEAD TECH
Ethan is our “window man” from Hampton, SC. His hobbies include “perfecting [his] craft at washing windows,” playing softball for Shell Point Baptist Church, or basketball at home.
We are growing! You may also meet Sam, Caleb and Ryan!
All here to serve you! New team pictures to come!

LowCo Gardeners
LowCo Gardeners is a retail nursery and landscaping installation company in Beaufort, SC. LowCo was founded and built on her love for plants and his love for starting businesses.
Beaufortonian owned and operated, we truly love our lowcountry and strive to serve our community well. More importantly, we love Jesus Christ and are overwhelmed with the blessing and growth of LowCo.
So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.
